Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your expertise in CRM, automation, ERP, and digital marketing will act as a professional growth builder for you and the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to drive business growth.
  • Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client interactions, track progress, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with digital marketing efforts. Leverage digital marketing tools and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Conduct persuasive presentations showcasing our products/services, emphasizing their features, benefits, and how they address client pain points. Customize presentations based on the prospect's industry and requirements.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of automation and ERP solutions to communicate their value proposition and applicability to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client on boarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree any Field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar sales role, with a focus on CRM, automation, ERP, and digital marketing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation for effective sales management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and their applications across different industries.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
  • Travel flexibility as required for client meetings and industry events.
